1. I understand that all E-Programs and bookings payments made are non-refundable, and that group and private classes are only refundable if re scheduled with 24 hours notice.

2. I, for myself, my heirs, executors or anyone else who may claim on my behalf, hereby waive, release and forever discharge Eileen Meyer Barbarach from any and all responsibilities or liability from personal injury of any kind resulting from participation in the E-programs, classes or workshops.

3. I understand that these training are a potentially hazardous activity with certain risks, foreseeable or not. Some of which are included but are in no way limited to: bruises, muscle strain, muscle soreness, back/neck injuries.

4. I understand that these training programs have been designed and created by Eileen Meyer Barbarach, and fall under copyright/trademark laws as intellectual property. As such, any training plan may not be resold or bartered, for material gain or material profit of any kind, without expressed written permission and fair compensation to Eileen Meyer Barbarach.

5. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Eileen Meyer Barbarach.

6. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
