I never thought about learning handstand. For me it was always something unattainable. Then I just took part in one of Eileen’s amazing handstand classes. Suddenly I was so motivated to train and get better! I bought the handstand beginner E-Program, and it’s the best! Everything is explained really good and is easy to understand: the right technique and different exercises to get stronger. Besides, if there’s one thing I’ve learned from Eileen, it’s that I’m capable of all the things that I want and that I can do it!
