    This workout is a refreshing blend of old familiar techniques, and new innovative moves that will change the way you train forever. This course is much more than just a warmup. If you maintain proper form moves such as the 90° stroke will warm up your joints, and help improve your mobility.
    This couse does an excellent job of breaking down each move in the PDF file. This PDF should be viewed in spit screen alongside each video. These videos do not have sound because they are used to demonstrate proper form. The title may sound simple but once you start you will find yourself wanting more of everything from this site. Eileen is an excellent teacher with years of experience. Buy this course and begin your incredible journey right now!
